According to A Trifling Monograph, “between 1879 and 1905, Paget contributed to the Royal Academy exhibitions eighteen miscellaneous paintings, of which nine were portraits.”
Also please enjoy SP in a deerstalker.

I have a book called Rivals of Sherlock Holmes, edited by Alan K. Russell, which is a great one to add to your shelf. It’s a collection of non-Holmesian mysteries from late-Victorian periodicals like our beloved Strand. Several feature illustrations by Sidney Paget. It’s fun to see his work outside the Canon. He even illustrated some other…[Read more]

Project Gutenberg is a web repository of public domain works, and has many offerings by Arthur Conan Doyle. In addition to the Canon, there is The White Company, The Coming of the Fairies, Songs of the Road, the Professor Challenger stories, and many more for your Kindle (or other device) or to read online. There is no charge.
Happy exploring!
